Zappenduster was founded in 2009 by Martin Lehmann (guitar, songwriting). Death Metal was the“go to” genre for the new band.
From the idea of a death-metal-band Zappenduster developped into an own style between melodic-death, black-, viking- and thrash-metal as well as some elements from other metal and musical genres.
